Q – What is the financial investment?
A - There are no costs for our service, we pay you. Your marketing and overhead expenses are your responsibility and variable.

Q – How much room will I need for a Recycle Pay Bin?
A – The bins are 20’ x 8’ and you will need access for delivery and pick-up truck. Our experts will help you locate the right spot for bin.

Q – How many bags does it take to fill a bin?
A – About 275- 450 depending on how full they are.

Q – Where do I get my advertising material?
A – As an organizer you will be given access to our promotional print materials that will allow you to place in your company name in and save money on custom artwork.

Q – Do I need insurance?
A – The bin will be insured as well as the service pick-up. If you are handling large volume, we recommend you have general liability insurance.

Q – How do I reorder bags?
A – Go to www.recyclepay.com click on “online support” and use our Online Bag Reorder Form.

Q – How do I know when my bin needs serviced?
A – When it is full, go to www.recyclepay.com click on “online support” and use our Bin Service Request Form.

Q – Can I have more than one bin?
A – Yes, you can have as many as you can physically place and fill. There is an option to set up sub-organizers as well to expand you revenue and reach.

Q – Are you a licensed recycler?
A – WFA (Waste Free America) is an association of businesses with many members. Recycle Pay uses only licensed handlers who are members of WFA

Q - Are you in other states than California?
A – Recycle Pay started in California. We will be expanding throughout the nation very shortly. We do not have any out of state customers at this time; however we can set up organizers in other states.

Q – How do I get paid?
A – When your bin is full and picked up, the proceeds from your redemption is sent to you every thirty days. This payment can be by check or through a secure cash account transfer.

Q – Who are my recyclers?
A – Schools, neighborhoods, apartment buildings, civic and community organizations, charities, clubs, businesses, parks and recreation, sports teams, districts, the possibilities are vast.
